The customer purchases the right to license the use of the programs, not the actual ownership of a copy of the program. That means no sharing and or copy. You can install the software on two computers and you can make a personal backup copy. Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Software is licensed, not sold.
After the payment the product will be delivered automatically by DPD service, in some case the download can be delayed by the traffic on the server, be patient. You have three download attempts and the link automatically expires after five days. You are strongly advised to make a safe backup since the download can't be reactivated.
The download will be logged with IP, date, hour and Kb transferred by DPD service.
You can change the program purchased or cancel your purchase by letting us know asap. Please note that your right for change the program and/or rescission expires at the moment you download the software.
